Ihaveveryfondmemoriesofourrelationship,aswebothwentthroughsimilarlifechangesduringourtimeatICD;weeachgotmarried,becamestepmothersandthenhadasonofourown.ThereweremanytimesthatIhungoutinDiannesoffice,chattingandshootingthebreeze.Irememberherasanexcellentsupervisorwhowaseffectiveandextremelywell-likedbytheentirestaff.Infact,allofuswhoworkedinthatdepartmentwereveryclose-almostlikeafamily.IleftICDaftermysonwasbornin1989,butmyfriendshipwithDianne(andRuss)continued.WestayedintouchandIvisitedherseveraltimesattheirhomeinHuntingtonStation.Iwasalwayssoimpressedwiththeirbeautifulbackyardandgarden,whichincludedagazebo!IrememberbeinginvitedseveraltimestoDianneandRusssannualNewYearsDaybrunchwhereIhadthechancetovisitnotonlywiththem,butalsowith'
